We want to make sure your cleaning service is spectacular! That’s why we offer our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with all Full-service cleanings. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service and we will schedule a time for us to come back to fix it!
Some cleaning services won’t be guaranteed and we do not offer refunds. If we are hired hourly to clean only portions of the home or if we require and request more time than estimated to get the home cleaned to our standards and are not authorized to continue working, the job can’t be guaranteed.
You are more than welcome to be present at the time of your appointment. However, most of our clients prefer to have their homes cleaned while they are away. Just inform us of how we will gain entry to your home or office. You can leave a key in a safe hiding place, or you can sign over a key we will store safely with us. If you are in an apartment you can sign a key release form with your management office. It is very important that we are able to access your home or office at the time of your appointment and that all alarms are turned off and pets are put away. Please note that missed appointments will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee if we are unable to access your home or office.
Our cleaning schedule is based on your needs. It is very difficult to determine an exact time of arrival due to unforeseen circumstances. Please expect us within 1-hour before, or after your scheduled appointment time.
Just give us a call or send us an email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to make scheduling changes. We do not charge a Cancellation Fee. Please contact us immediately if you need to reschedule your service. We are more than happy to accommodate your scheduling needs.
Yes! Alma Cleaning Services is fully insured for your protection. Should anything break or get damaged during our visit, Alma Cleaning Services will repair or replace your property immediately—to make sure you are fully satisfied.
